Metal roof flashings, down take pipes are made up of metal strips, mostly folded in either AM/NS ZINCALUME steel and are attached to both the roof and the walls. Its primary purpose is to prevent rainwater running down your roof from entering your building and falling to the ground. A metal roof down take pipe will be supplied, through the aid of gravity, without which it damages the walls. It is also used to prevent the pooling of rainwater on roofs and create leaks.

Gable and Corner Flashing: Gable and Rake Flashings are used on two-slope roofs with a center peak to protect the roof wood and help provide a barrier that prevents water from penetrating the roof.
